For my tv library, I have the option “Seasons: Hide for single-season shows.”
When I navigate to the show on Roku, it doesn’t say the episode titles when scrolling through them, it just says the name of the show.
Annoyingly - you have to click one of the thumbs to get to the Real Episode Lineup. That view is like the Preview Episode Lineup… and it doesn’t show the episode names, if there are any.
Your image shows The Show with Seasons Hidden. If you edit the Show/Advanced and set it to Show Seasons you, of course, get a Season Poster that must be clicked to get to the Episodes.
When Seasons are Hidden, we do get to see the Episodes, but just like A Season Poster we have to click one of the episodes to get inside.
Not sure why.
To Add - Variations in the way you arrive at the Main Show Page will affect the condition of the Episode List. Sometimes it’s live… Sometimes it’s a Preview of what’s inside.
Go Figure.
This only happens on roku, it seems like. On the app.plex.tv/desktop site, plus the Android app, it shows the episode titles, which is why this seems like a bug only on roku. I’ll also test the Plex desktop app and nvidia shield app once I’m able to.
