[BUG] Single Season Episodes Not Displaying Title in Android TV Thumbnail View

Player Version#: 8.0.1.17410 (0cf80098) (Android TV on Shield TV)

Currently if a library (or show) is set to hide seasons and/or “Hide for single-season series”, episode titles do not display in the thumbnail view of the episode list (instead you see “S01 · E01”). If you force the library (or show) to “Show” seasons, you will see the “Season 1” season, and within it, you can see all of the titles of each episode. This is a problem for any TV shows with only 1 season.

I also would like to see this repaired and would be willing to help out if needed!

This 100% needs fixing as totally ruins the experience when viewing single season TV shows - you have to enable seasons to see the episode title but have to click on ‘season 1’ to get through to the season. This is working fine in the web version but not on either my Samsung TV or Nvidia Shield TV apps.

Please Plex, get it sorted!
