Roku Player: Server Version is not High Enough

I have a Terramaster NAS. Recently, our Roku TV no longer recognized our media libraries with the following error:

The Server Version is Not High Enough
Plex Media Server version 1.18.3 or higher is required is running version 1.14.1

I updated the PMS app on the Terramaster to version 1.20.5.3600, reinstalled the player app on Roku, and get the same error.

I checked authorized devices and it shows server version 1.14.1.5488. I removed the media library, uninstalled the Plex App on the NAS, reinstalled version 1.20.5.3600 but when I set it up again, the server version in the Plex Web UI still shows 1.14.1.5488.

1.20.5.3600 is the highest version I can install from the Terramaster repo.

What am I missing here? Do I need to do more clean up on the NAS? Anyone else have this issue?

I manually updated the TOS OS version to the latest, that process removed installed applications including Plex, which I reinstalled once the OS version was current. This fixed the issue.
