Roku Selects "optimized" reduced quaility version instead of the original file

I’ve optimized movies for downloading on my tablet, and I’ve intentionally used a low quality to shrink the size. (Either the Android 1.5 mbps, or the .7mbps profile, depending on where in my server’s lifecycle the optimization happened)

When I launch Plex on my Roku (Streambar, but also experienced with Streaming Stick +), and hit the play button on a movie with a lower quaility transcoded version, the Roku will Play the lower quality transcoded version.

I can move over to the “More Vertical” icon (Hamburger icon?), and hit Play Versions, and play the correct version. And it will even direct play it (and look much better doing it)

But my family doesn’t know this (or care to do it) and it frustrates me that I can’t figure out why the Roku App won’t play the highest quality version it can.

So, how can I fix this?
