I’m having trouble login in Plex on my Roku Stick 4K, it said User could not be authenticated. I’ve checked and made sure that my credentials are correct. Logging in with Plex on Nvidia Shield TV Pro, Samsung Smart TV or laptop work fine. Please advise !!! Thank you !!!
I hope someone answers this because I’ve been having the same issue as well. It works on other TVs just fine except for one local TV. My parents logged out of it after trying to fix an issue with not seeing the movies in the Home Page, and I haven’t been able to log them back in since. Thing is I’ve logged into every other outside network TVs just fine while traveling within the past week. I don’t have any blockers on either. I just don’t get it.
