I bought a new Roku Streaming Stick, and it cannot play any files if they have been transcoded from HEVC by Plex at the same resolution. I’ve seen multiple threads about this issue on the Internet without a solution. I’ve tried lowering the maximum H.264 profile to 4.0 without any luck. My server works with at least twenty other different clients, so I just wanted to at least add myself to the list of users with this issue.
I have a lifetime Plex Pass subscription.
