Roku Ultra Plex App; TV - Clicking "Season" tile to begin playing next episode hangs interface

Plex Team,

Seeing an issue with the Plex App for Roku Ultra. I see this for all TV series I have tried, regardless of profile used.

  1. On your Roku Ultra, open the Plex app and select your profile.

  2. Navigate to the TV series you want to watch.

  3. First tile is the “Season” tile, click this and the interface hangs…no way to start playing the next episode or resume the next episode. You can hear clicking and beeping as you press buttons on your remote, but no way to get out of the interface other than the home key.

  4. Selecting specific episodes directly works as expected.

  5. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Plex app for Roku with the same result.

  6. This issue does not happen for the Web player, or on my Plex app for Android.

I have found the same thing. Just sat down to watch something on my RokuTV and frequently couldn’t move the cursor keys - only the back key would work. Tried for 10 minutes and gave up to watch YouTube instead.

Did a bit of googling to see if it’s possible to roll back, or stop my other TVs auto-updating, but it appears not.

So I guess it’s iPhone and Chromecast for now?
