Rotten tomatoes rating not loading on new titles

WHAT is going on with the Movie Ratings?!?!

@tvebax was the savvy user that finally figured this out. The short answer is this- no matter what agent we priotizie for movie ratings, we’re getting whatever source Plex cached it from- because that’s where we’re getting it from. Very unfortunate they basically sat on this for years until a customer figured it out.
