Is the rPI3 unstable with Rasplex 1.0.3 and 1.6.0? Experiencing some freezing and other odd behavior. Skins Aeon Nox and Black Edition do not show up. Cannot SSH into the PI. Lots of freezes…
Is this common experience or do I need to return this board?
Sounds like you have some corruption, suggest reflash of SD card, hardly likely to be released if it was ‘unstable’.

1.6.0 has been working great with my rPI2. It’s this darn rPI3 that’s the problem with both versions.
It sounded like corruption, but it’s all brand new parts. I’ve reimaged many times now. I’ll try a different SD card before I return it.
Looks like it was a bad SanDisk Extreme Pro 8GB Micro SDHC card. Running smooth now.
