RPi3's can't find the my media server

Plex Media server installed and running on a Win 10 HTPC, all devices on the network can pick up the server just fine and stream no issue. I have GSM and have tweaked and modified all the possible network settings I could on both the server and on both the RPi3’s. My other boxes pick up the server just fine, Android phone, Amazon Fire box, no prob…but I can’t get these two RPI3’s to find the media server. All devices are on the same network, can all ping each other…nooo problem.
Anyone who has a similar setup experience the same issue?

You should probably mention the app being used on the Pi’s.

ahhh good call. Kodi is being used on the Pi’s.

Kodi alone doesn’t work. You need something else. The official way to use Plex with Kodi is to add the “Plex for Kodi” add-on. Then if you have problems, you could post in that forum.
