I’m currently experiencing an issue with my Plex Media Server on Synology:
Indexing no longer works: New images and metadata for movies and TV shows are not loading. The yellow loading spinner keeps spinning endlessly.
Transcoding has failed: Starting movies and TV shows via the mobile app or browser is no longer possible.
Log analysis shows the following error:

Troubleshooting attempted: I followed the instructions provided in this guide, but unfortunately without success. Authorization and storage space have been checked
Additional note for@ChuckPa: Starting from a certain DSM version, it is no longer possible to run scripts directly as the “root” user. Therefore, access via SSH/Putty is required to execute administrative commands properly. the instructions would have to be adjusted
Assumption: I suspect the issue is not caused by the number of media files, but possibly by the amount of generated thumbnails. Unfortunately, I lack the Linux knowledge to investigate this further. My English too

How much memory is installed in the machine?
Show me the task settings as you’ve defined them.
Also please tell me how many folders you have in use (all media).
