Safari can’t connect to the server

Dear Sirs,

When I try to open the Plex server, Safari message:
Safari can’t connect to the server
Safari can’t open the page "127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html because Safari can’t connect to the Server “127.0.0.1”

I don’t know the Plex server version, it should be the latest. I’m using mac mini (2018); Mac OS Catalina version 10.15.4

Kindly help me what to do.

Server Version#: should be the latest (I don’t know how to check)
Player Version#: Version 4.34.2

have you tried the real IP address of the server and port number /web

I would say you need to clear your Browser History, cache etc. Sign back in and you should be good to go.
