Hello - we just got a brand new samsung FHD tv. I see the plex app in the app store on the tv, but it will not install. I am new to plex but have it working on other devices so it seems to be an issue with this samsung tv. I saw other posts regarding samsung FHD tvs but couldn’t see a definitive answer to this issue. The player seems to work fine on other FHD (fire) tvs. Any help would be appreciated! I contacted samsung, but they just sent me here. Thank you!

I checked to see the plex app version in the (samsung?) tv app store that I am attempting to install, it is listed as version “5.64.1” if this helps, please let me know if any additional details are needed. Thank you!

Update: after rebooting the TV I was able to install, link and use this version of the plex client on my samsung tv, so all is good for now!? Thank you
