Samsung Q80R no plex App?

Hi,

I’ve purchased a Q80R QLED 2019 Samsung TV, I cant find the Plex app available for download. Anyone know how to solve issue? cheers

Dane22, I have tried this with the 3.7, 3.84.0, 3.84.1 and 3.84.2 None of them have worked for the Q80R QLED 2019 I have. Wondering if there is another version I should be trying. The Samsung website says the tv should be on Tizen 5.0, my tv says its on version 1065? I have tried a few different usbs formatted a couple different ways.

I have followed all of the directions posted on this here: Samsung 3.84.1 Preview and from other posts for this preview/beta app… I have tried from Mac and Windows on the same computer and another windows computer to put these files onto multiple different usb drives with fat32 file format in the folder as prescribed by the directions posted. When I plug in the usb drive into the tv it says
“[User App}
._plex.tmg, invalid app package for security check failed!”

I dont think there are any other details besides I followed the detailed directions listed here and I am unable to get it to work.

Hmm Well I tried it one more time and now it actually installed. never mind me.
