Samsung-tizen. Skip Forward fails after a number of uses

Server Version#:5.5 but this has gone on for a year or more
Player Version#: 5.8.1

When watching football I use the 30
Second skip feature but at some point the skip no longer goes 30 seconds forward from the point the video was at but instead goes 30
Seconds forward from a previous point where I used the skip and continues to start from that point for the remainder of the video.

This condition has existed for a long time but I did not report due to issues, which were recently resolve, with the Flex receiver

Occasionally - When I leave the video and return the point the video and resume watching the rewind function returns to where the session started and is unable to back up into video that was watched in a previous session
Occasionally - when repeated pressing the skip forward it just doesn’t skip forward

Still an issue -
Had this TV for a loooooong time. Samsung still selling them. I see a bunch people have tried turn this on - turn that off. None of it worked for me. I spent most of a day on it. Looks like the developers are so busy fixing things like the cool feature that let all PLEX Pass user save Netflix to their HD that they cannot fix the bug.

Oh yeah - that library that decrypts that – it says highly illegal all over it
