Hi there,
Video content loads on the app, showing cover images and information, but will not start playing. Stick on buffering.
Media on the server plays in the web browser without issues.
Can not find a fix.
Everything is on the same local network.

Yes there are ongoing issues. An updated version has been submitted to Samsung.
Any word from Samsung on when they might release the updated app?
I am having a similar, but different issue. Video content is loading and playing fine, but music does not. I can see the albums when in “All Albums” mode, but it won’t load the tracks. I can see the artists in “All Artists” mode, but it won’t load the albums. When I am in “All Tracks” mode I can load and play individual tracks, but it won’t load the related album for viewing or playing. Playlists load and play. This issue is on my Samsung PN60E6500, but is not present on my Samsung UN55F6300, which runs just fine. Both are running v2.012 of the app.
I’m having a similar issue with my Sony tv, the video is not loading but the audio is. However the video only loads when I put subtitles on??
Plex app has disappeared from my available Samsung Smart Hub after doing a complete reset of the tv to try and fix Plex issues.
My problem has been that the video streams for about 30 seconds from my pc then stops with a blank screen and piped radio cuts in. Most annoying.
