disabling secure connections on same network on the TV app itself resolves the problem. set server to secure connections preferred.
My remote access has however gone down as well. I expect this is all related to the expiry of the Lets encrypt certificates. not letting insecure connections outside my LAN thats for sure
Only had my TV for a year which seems pretty darn rubbish that is how long we can expect plex to work for.
