Samsung TV is locked out of the server and no settings

I have a Samsung Smart TV with Plex accessing our home server. It was working ok and strangely I found I have two accounts and the tv was logged in with a different account than the PC, so I logged out of the tv account and signed in with the right account. I did have password issues and had to change it but can’t remember if the problem was happening before the change.
The original issue was it would really struggle to find things, this is what made me log out and log in to the same as the PC, So guessing the real issue was changing the password.
Anyway now the tv comes up with a message on the screen when starting Plex,
The message is
“User doesn’t have access to any server or shared content.
Make sure the server is logged into your account or, if it is remote, that content has been shared with you.”
Clicking retry repeats this message, clicking Continue goes to the next message,
“Unable to switch user” followed by the above message.
Then the only option is OK and clicking that brings me to a blank dark screen.
I can not find any way of getting in to settings to fix the problem and couldn’t delete the app to reinstall it to set up from scratch.
This has been going on for days and the frustration is beginning to show in hair loss and high blood pressure.
If anyone can come up with the fix for this I would be glad to recognise you as PlexKing, or KingPLex if you prefer.
My PC is working perfectly with the server.

Server Version#: 1.15.6.1079
Player Version#: ?

Have you tried removing the TV from the list of Authorized Devices? That should force the TV to re-authenticate with the servers at Plex.

Login in to Plex Web with the unused account and go to Authorized Devices.
https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/all

If present, remove the Samsung TV.

Log out and repeat with the primary account.

Unplug the power from the TV, wait 15 - 20 seconds, plug it back in, turn it on, launch Plex, and see what happens.

You should be presented with the standard Plex login screen.

I did see that in there but with things gone as crazy as it has I wasn’t game but it was a thought to do so you have given me the confidence to move forward, Thank you.
I will try that tomorrow, Its nearly 3.30am here so I’ll report back once I give it a go.
Thanks again.

But I didn’t think of deleting it out of the account I don’t use, Ill try and delete that while I am at it.

Well I couldn’t wait so I have done it and it has worked perfectly,
Thank you very much,I crown you King Plex, or Plex King, that is up to you haha.
Thanks FordGuy61

I tried removing the server and now I am locked out permanently… I cannot access my device any longer!

It was only asked to remove the client app, above.

You need to perform this procedure on your server:
https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

I tried removing the settings in the link… yet no joy! I even tried installing a new server as a docker container… no result either…

Sorry, I can’t help you with FreeBSD. You might have better luck here: https://forums.plex.tv/tags/c/plex-media-server/computers/server-freebsd

Thanks… I’ll go try there now!!

It appears to be resolved by pulling a server that was causing a loop on a segment of my network and connecting directly to the segment my plex server was on… Thanks again OttoKerner for trying…
