Playback Error - Samsung TV

Player Version#: Plex for Samsung 5.34.1, platform v.5

Hi guys, I have plex server installed on my Synology DS420+ and I have problem on my Smart TV Samsung when I watching show from my NAS. It appears “Playback Error” message ocasionaly, I don’t know why, it was never a problem before.
Anyone can help me please?

It might be that you’re trying to play a file that isn’t supported.

For example, I sometimes get this error when I try to play Dolby Vision files which is a format not supported by my TV.

That is not my case… I watching movie and after 30 minutes it appear “Playback error” …

This is second thred with the same issue that i’m having.

Since the recent update to include streaming discovery and the my watch list now means trying to play anything on my Samsung TV is a 50/50 but i can play the same film/TV show on any other device in the same house using the same connection and it plays instantly.

Sometimes you get the plex loading wheel then it goes black or it just goes black, othertimes it goes black and if let long enough suddenly starts playing. Film crash out with a playback error message trying to jump to a different chapter is not possible and if you try to reume something and it fails to start it loses your place and you have to start from the beginning.

My server is Version 4.80.0 and the TV is Plex for Samsung 5.36.1 platform version 5
