Also having the same issue on my Samsung TV.
Same issue. Episodes don’t show on the series view, but do show up as a “new” episode on the home - I can long-press the button and select “Play” as a workaround.
Half year and no fix. @BigWheel are you even trying?
I am I just have not been able to reproduce it at all with any server version or player version since it was reported. If you can enable logging to server in app then grab server logs after it happens it would be appreciated.
@Foryaren I know it’s frustrating, but please keep things civil 
@Bigwheel are we sure it’s a server-side issue? It’s almost like Tizen is caching pages
The app writes it’s logs to the server logs because there is no way to grab logs off the device itself easily. In the app on your TV enable logging to server.
Same here, last added episode shows up on the home page, but when you click on it, it is missing.
Problem occurs on QLED tv, and not on Fire Stick 4K
@BigWheel I have encountered this problem as well just yesterday on my LG TV.
My server and TV app are both on the latest version.
I have enabled Verbose log on the TV app and have downloaded it from the server.
I can send it to you to help fix this issue.

Hello guys, same issue for me with latest server and different Samsung TV’s between 1 and 4 years old. The issue persist on local network but also on remote. Do you have any solution?

Not sure if this will help anyone, but I tried updating the SEASON menu under Advance to SHOW (previously set to HIDE for single season series).
I noticed I’m only having this problem on single season shows so I did try this workaround and eventually it worked and started to show the episodes again.

Just a datapoint here – I’m seeing this on multi-season shows too. Glad this fixed your bug though @RichGrohl
I have been getting this for a while, when i first setup plex on my Samsung TV this never happened, but in the last 3-4 months it has been happening more and more frequently. It won’t do it ofr every new episode though although like i said is starting to get worse it used to only happen at seemingly random times.
It would be good to hear about any progress on this issue, as it is starting to become unbearable!
