Samsung TVs both have video freezing but only when resuming film

Movies with DTS sound freeze video for ~1 second on a Samsung SmartTV

Hi, I am running the latest PMS on Windows 10 on a Core i7 4790 and watch on a Samsung 2017 Smart TV When I watch a movie with DTS audio (AC3 is no issue) every few minutes the video freezes for a split second (probably 0,5 to 1,5 seconds) but the audio plays fine during this time. I restarted PMS to get fresh log files and watched a little bit Avengers Endgame. Around the 19:54:50 mark (+/- 10 seconds) there should be a big “freeze”, I hope you can see something in the logs.
