Samsung using Tizen - Channels missing?

Hi,

I have recently bought a new Samsung TV with the new Tizen-based plex app and I can’t see my channels. My old Samsung TV running 2.009 (Orca-based?) is still working fine and both are connecting to the same server.

At the top, in the new GUI, I see Web Shows, Programmes, Videos etc etc but no Channels. I’ve looked in the Home Screen Media Types in the settings and all 8 options are set to “Show and Include” (although there is no option for “Channels” or “Plugins” in that list). I spotted that one of the media types listed is “Live TV” but it doesn’t actually show up on the home screen (and all the others do). Is Live TV where the channels should show up? Should I expect it to be listed in the home screen?

Channels, more recently known as Plug-ins, have been discontinued. As client software is updated, Plug-ins are being removed.
