It’s very annoying that every time there’s an update the left-hand menu is reset alphabetically. And every time the user has to reset it to their liking. I can’t imagine it would be very hard to save the menu-order somewhere in some settings-file. If you wanted you could make it optional, and have a flag somewhere in the settings, but I’m quite sure that no one would choose to redo their menu-order every time, if they had the option not to. This option should be saved on server, and should apply to all players. Ideally every user would have their own menu-settings saved.

This doesn’t happen here.
I think it is caused by a brwoser setting. Tell your browser to not delete cookies from the domain plex.tv when it is closed.
(Sometimes there is other software doing the deleting of the cookies. CCleaner for instance. But you can create exception rules in there as well.)

Thanks for the answer. I will have a look through my cookie settings. But it does not happen every time I close the browser, or when I reboot the machine. It only happens after a Plex update.
Good to know this isn’t normal behaviour though, I’ll check all my settings and look for the culprit.
