Saving Photos on Android Plex App, but nothing of worth on device gallery

Good day,

I try to share my photos on my NAS sever to a friend, however when I save the file, op the app itself it says “Successfully saved image”, but when I go view it on my android device gallery, it shows the file in /internal storage/Pictures/Plex with 0 bytes of data.

Basically a blank canvas with a big “!”.

Hope the dev team can have a look at it, I found similar problems reported since 2016-2018 but with no fixes that is noteworthy.

Check your server setting to see if you have an upload bandwidth limit. If so, remove that limit. It’s a known issue that hasn’t been fixed.
