Scanning library takes hours just for a couple of movies/shows

Is there any response from AVM?
I am using the 6591 (Vodafone branded).
After disabling the Hardware Acceleration Plex Metadata/Cover Download works fine again, but my internet connection speed is nearly cut in halves
