Hi, I would like to request a feature that would be very much great for everybody. The feature is a button the starts tasks, like scheduled tasks, but instead you can tell it to run and it will do everything it normally does like detect intros and such. Since there is such a lack of control for this, you should probably also add a stop running button. I am coming to you with this as a Plex Lifetime Member, I cant seem to get my server to detect intros for all of my stuff, I tried to my it run from midnight to 11pm, but it doesnt seem to be doing anything. Please fix this, and make sure it runs detect intros for everything on the server that hasnt been completed yet. A new feature would be absolutely wonderful. Please pass this along to the developers. Thank You
There is no guarantee that it will be able to detect intros on every show.
If you made the mistake of directing the general /tmp folder to a RAM drive, then a few other types of analyzation are also likely to fail due to space constraints.
