Is is possible to create a scraper using any arbitrary scripting language instead of using the scraper API offered by Plex? Moviemeter.nl offers XML-RPC just for this purpose, however it seems impossible to use this interface via the Plex scraper API (post of xml and request of session key before the actual search request can be issued).
