Screen blanks when scrolling

I am using the latest version of the Plex app. If I scroll down a collection of films, select one to watch, but then change my mind and go back to the collection page, the page of film thumbnails disappears. Either the lower half of the screen only, or the entire screen just shows the background colour. If I revert to the page showing all the collections, and then back to the collection I was looking at previously it shows the collection, but then fails again as soon as I scroll. The highlight box is not visible, and if I press select it shows me a film that is not part of the visible screen. This makes selecting a film a lottery and makes Plex unusable. Is anyone else seeing this effect? If so, is there a fix. Thanks.

Yes, I was just coming here to report the same problem with the latest Roku Preview app.

You go into a Collection –> select a movie –> then back out to the Collection

Then you are presented with only a portion of the screen, which changes each time. You might only see a small ribbon of the posters on the top of the screen or you might see only half the screen of posters or maybe it cuts off just the bottom posters.

If you completely exit the Collection, and go back into the Collection, it will function properly again until you select another movie and return to the Collection.

It’s being actively worked on and a high priority issue. With the holidays upon us getting new builds to and through Roku within the production channel is extremely low, if not impossible. However, we should still be able to get changes into the Preview channel :crossed_fingers: IF it can be squeezed in at all before the new year (no promises). So be on the look out for Preview releases in the Plex for Roku announcements thread.
