I am using Fire TV connected to a plex server with a Homerun Extend. When I watch a older tv show, it shows it with black rectangles on each side of the tv window. When I watch directly on the homerun app the show fills the whole screen. Is there something I need to do to make the older tv show on the Fire TV adjust?
Are you sure your channel mapping is setup right?
Sounds like you are tuning to an SD channel on Plex
