Photo slideshow does not prevent the TV’s OLED screensaver from starting, making it impossible to use as a digital photo frame. The screensaver cannot be disabled on the TV as it prevents OLED burn-in. Normal video streaming on Plex works fine.

I have the same issue. The TV’s screensaver comes on pretty quickly too so you don’t get to see many photos.
