Hello,
I’m unsure when this began, probably about 3 months ago, but the Plex media player on my iPhone 7 has lost the ability to scrub. I can no longer pull the current point on the media timeline forwards or backwards.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I listen to audiobooks that are 20, 30, 40 hours ot more in length, and now the only way to move back and forth is by using the 30-second jump controls. Are they freakin kidding???
As if that isn’t bad enough, Plex has always been HORRIBLE about saving the current spot in the media. 8 times out of 10 when you stop listening/watching to any kind of media, the file restarts at the beginning. Sometimes this will happen just by hitting pause. Again, ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING???
Yes, I have repeatedly updated the server. Yes, I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the app. For a supposedly top-of-the-line server/player, this software is GARBAGE!!!
Any assistance would be appreciated. I don’t expect any help from Plex themselves. Like every other software company in the world, they rely 100% on the community to do their jobs for them.
