Seagate Cloud-Safari browser - constant change from secure/insecure causing server to disappear

After I complete a Plex update on my Seagate 5TB cloud, I am in a vicious cycle of “Cloud Name” does not allow Secure connections then when changing is to secure connections receive “Cloud Name” is currently unavailable. Verify you have a network connection and that the server is online.
WTF… This is an ongoing issue for the last two years and I can’t seem to find a solution through reading all the posting. I use a Seagate 5TB cloud with an attached 5TB to house my movies/music/videos. I work in Safari and use Macs. How can I fix so that I stop getting the same messages? when I reboot the Seagate cloud due to volume of content, it can take two days to get back online. ugh… I am tired of trying to make this Plex work with a seagate cloud. how can we solve this secure/insecure cycle?
