How can I make an inquiry (search) of my album collection by the composer? I have a large collection of classical music and this type of search will be very helpful. Thanks

Plex doesn’t fully use the proper tags in a meaningful way, it’s not possible unless you use the composer either in Album Artist or Artist tags.
