I am a plex pass user and have upgraded to the latest version of Plex Media server. When uploading albums that include tracks from different bands, I tag the "Album artist" as Various Artist and then tag the "Track Artist" with the correct band. Problem is, within Plex, I'm not able to search and find bands that are listed as the track artist.
Anybody know how to do this?

The best thing to do is vote for that feature by clicking ‘Like’ on the first message in that thread. Unfortunately, votes have been diluted by having them spread across several threads.

Unfortunately searching for an artist within a compilation (Various Artists) album is not yet supported. It is however, something we are aware of and it’ll be supported in an upcoming release.
