I’m used to using PMS and iOS/tvOS for my Plex watching, which have robust search functions, which show you all videos that contain an actor that you’ve manually searched for. I’ve recently started using Plex on XBOX 360 and ONE and via a Samsung smart tv (they all appear to be the same app, which is wholly different from the Apple versions), and cannot find an easy way to search by actor. I see that there is a filter where you can SELECT an actor from a list of about 7,000 names (have fun scrolling through that!), but not a way to actually type in an actor’s name. Am I missing something?
