When searching for media with Russian titles, it looks like Plex performs a case sensitive search. English titles are processed as case insensitive, which makes more sense. I suspect the issue is with other non-English languages, but have no media with foreign titles to check. Tried it with bunch of clients (Fire TV, Android, Web app), and it’s the same so looks like a server issue to me.
