Since yesterday it seems searching items with their original language if translated to a different one doesn’t bring up any results. DB is optimized and not malformed.
Clients that I have checked so far:
Plex web app 4.99.2 → Doesn’t work.
Plex web app 4.87.2 → Works.
Windows 1.62.2.3451 → Doesn’t work.
Android 9.13.1.37459 → Works.
Android 9.14.0.37895 → Works.
I have confirmed the bug with other people on different systems on their own plex media servers. On top of that, I have also noticed another bug related to this bug. Once you search the original title and press enter it takes your subtitles off…

I am a bit disappointed that this issue has not been acknowledged by someone from the Plex team. Search is one of the core functions of the apps 
Plex Web Version 4.100.1 seems to have fixed the search results 
Hopefully windows will have it fixed as well.
