Plex doesn’t use IMDB. It uses The Movie Database (http://www.themoviedb.org).

I know, yet I am going by their blog when you have issues matching the correct one.

It has worked 100% of the time so far, unless you know of a different way, besides the author of the PLEX Blog

The IMDB ID only works in a Movie type library.
What you have there is an OVA that ties into a tv show.
So, if you are using TheTVDB for your tv shows it would work this way:
/ Anime Series
/ One-Punch Man
/ Specials
One-Punch Man - s00e07 - The Murder Case that is Too Impossible.ext
I’m going to try your method this evening, even though my other OVA showed up in ‘Movies’ since it is in the Movie DataBase

This totally work! Now I can just move all my Anime ‘Movies’ and under TV Show Specials…spending the next 30 minutes fixing my TV Shows…as long as the misses doesnt get upset…
