I was trying to add a single episode for BBC’s Horizon from Season 1996. I went to to the page for the show on Plex and there were no seasons listed after 1982. I went to TVDB to confirm that the seasons I am looking for exist. It is indeed ongoing and I don’t know why I cannot find the season I am looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

The listing seems complete to me… at least I can see the seasons after 1983, including that of 1996.
I already had a Horizon folder on my system. I know I’ve had some episodes from the 2000’s on there. For grins, I copied in a test file as s2025e01.mp4 and it matched. to “Confessions of a Brain Surgeon” which is what is shown on TMDB.
As usual, please show your folder structure, the file names, and the Scanner and Agent as selected in the properties of your library.
