Security?

My Xfinity modem sends me 50+ notifications a day that “someone from xxxx” xxxx being ALL OVER the world, tried to access my network through port 32400. Is there anyway to avoid this or is it normal?

Hard to tell without some more details.
However… the most easy way to avoid somebody from attempting to access your server could be by moving to a manual port forward with a different public port (that is assuming this is not actually regular access attempts).

Generally speaking… if you knowingly enable remote access on your server and make your server accessible from outside your home network – it can happen that others might attempt to access it. I suppose you haven’t shared your Plex Token or account… so that shouldn’t necessarily be an issue.
