See new podcasts episode in recently added

Hi all.
PlexAmp is a great app but i still can’t find the optimal setting for podcasts (downloaded from rss feed, tagged and imported in a separate plex music library which uses the embedded mp3 tags as metadata). Would it be possible to see a new episode added unter “Recently added in Podcast” on the homescreen? It would make listing to ongoing shows much nicer. Currently “Recently added in …” only shows newly added artists or albums.

Music rarely lands track by track. Hence why there is no hub for “Recently Added Tracks”.
If you could make each new podcast episode appear to Plex as a new album, it could work.

Thank you for the suggestion. I thought of that but then listing to them in order is tedious. Hoped there maybe a more convenient option/ work-around.

You could try and make a smart collection from these filters:

(think of adding the column “Date Added” to the view, so you can sort the results by it)

Then publish this collection to the home page. https://support.plex.tv/articles/publishing-collections/

(Though I have no example album which has the tracks added individually, so I can’t test if this will result in a usable hub.)
