I can’t see any Plex movies on my Samsung Frame TV QN49LS03RAFXZA. If not supported by 4.5.1, when will a new version be pushed to Samsung? Or, have I misconfigured something??

For a start, and to make sure I simply didn’t misunderstand you here…
You are talking about the new free movies from Plex ?
And if so, then you can’t push anything, since the development part is still in progress, and if not, you need to provide more details here
In the Plex app on my Samsung Frame TV, the only Plex folders I’m seeing are “Web Shows”, “News”, and “Podcasts”. On my phone Plex app, pointed to the same Plex Server, I see the same categories plus “Movies & TV on Plex”. The latter category is not showing up on the Samsung TV app.

It seems you are correct. Anyway I could let developer know people are interested in this??
Have some patience. They roll the features out to all platforms, just not all at once.
