Senior/Child Sidebar Lock Option

One of my users is my 83 year old mother who can usually get around pretty well but has senior moments where she manages to unpin items from the side bar. Can we get a simple toggle in the users settings which when enabled will lock the sidebar and remove the option to reorder/add/remove sidebar items? Then if I need to make changes I can disable the option in settings, make the change, then re-enable the lock so she can’t remove items any longer.

Super fantastic bonus option is a lock option to remove view filter options so she doesn’t manage to lock the movies list to just horror (the real horror is the 2am call to ask why the only musical she can find is rocky horror).

This would be great for when friends are sitting down at the TV to choose what to play, too. If they’re not familiar with the experience, they seem to end up unpinning things and reordering them way too often! :sweat_smile:
