Please add a feature for the Sidebar to lock the options and order for those items for all viewing apps. For example on Apple/Andorid TV, you have the options in the order you want with the sidebar, is it possible to add a features in settings where you can lock the order/can’t unpin the items listed in/on the sidebar.
Would you mind sharing some background, e.g. under what circumstances / for which use case this will be helpful? I noticed you wrote “when it’s in the order you want” – but what happens if somebody shares another library with you or you create a new one of your own?
Or is this to avoid permanent accidents unpinning and reordering the sidebar?
Yes, My young kids, love to be independent. They watch things on Plex all the time. There have been many instances where they accidentally move things around and unpin things on the sidebar and I always have to bring them back. Sometimes I am having to walk non-technical people though how to do this over the phone, or on video. It would be a nice feature to make the application more child proof.
