With the new separate watches status devices on the local network that are not authenticated such as DLNA an older Samsung devices are still bound to the servers Plex pass account.
It would be nice if there was an option to separate bind the watched status on these clients to a generic guest account or a specific Plex account other than the master one

Probably best to just create everyone their own plex account, since well being those are free.
Older Samsung and DLNA clients (WDTV,XBox, PS3) DO NOT support Plex accounts that is the whole point of the request.
