I’m looking for help from a plex employee to reset my server certificate. Reinstalled plex media server on my Nvidia shield because of a lot of errors suddenly occuring and now I cant access my new server. I read on a forum that a server certificate reset might be needed. Any employee that could help me with that?

The new server i’m going to use that is currently not accessible is “SHIELD TV”.
I need the same thing. I can no longer connect to the Plex server on my Shield.
Certificate rest is not a fix all . it only fixes a specific case when it is rate limited for asking for a new certificate to many times. which you can see in your logs via a 429 error.
Looking at your accounts I can see the one of the servers for @cpentzell is like that and has requested too many certs.
I don’t see that issue with any of the servers on your account @Rasmus321 so it likely some other reason you cannot connect.
