Server disconnected after Plex pass upgrade

The plex server app is running on well configured Win 11 Pro Intel I7 machine connecting with HDhomerun tuner.
It has been working for several weeks being access from 3 Roku players. Seeing the sale price for a Plex Lifetime pass, I purchased it.

Now all my Plex apps on cells, computers, and rokus act like the dvr in Plex doesn’t exist. Clicking on “Your Media” leads to “Get Plex Media Server.” I’ve uninstalled, deleted the appdata folder, and reinstalled to no avail. The option to configure the server never appears. Tautulli connects to the server and shows that nothing is happening.

I’ve no clue how to get the Plex app to see the server???

On the computer that has Plex installed go to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
