Server stopped working

Server Version#: 1.42.1.10060-4e8b05daf

Plex was working great with the Roku app, but now Roku says it can no longer find my computer. Is there a way to run the setup app again? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the Setup Wizard does not launch. How can I get Roku to see my computer again?

I don’t have a Roku but my first thought would be to go into your Plex settings, say from a laptop, and look at authorized devices. Un-authorize your Roku device. Perhaps that will force the app to go through the setup again

Thanks. I tried but no change. So bummed because it worked great until i had to create a new user on my computer.

My next thought would be to go into app settings on your Roku device and clear data & cache for the Plex app. I know you’ve uninstalled & reinstalled but perhaps some data remnants were left on the device.
