Server dissappears after claiming it

Server Version#: 1.13.5.5332-21ab172de on Debian 9.5 64bit
Player Version#: Various (Firefox/Chrome on Linux + Windows, Samsung TV)

Trying to setup a Plex server on my network, but whenever I attempt to claim the server it has disappeared off the network, I am able to load the Web interface via xxx:32400/web, but the web interface can’t see the server that it’s loading off. It’s also inaccessible via remote access, as well as numerous other devices on my network. Works absolutely fine until I attempt to claim it. I have tried reinstalling plex, as well as removing all of it’s configuration files and starting from scratch, as well as even reinstalling Debian from scratch and starting again, where the same problem occurs. I have also ensured no other servers are associated with my Plex account

I have attached the logs from my current install
Logs.zip (5.0 MB)

For now I’ve started a reinstall of Plex and things seem fine again, won’t try and claim it until I understand why it’s been causing issues. Also noticed some errors with Curl in the logs so I’ve installed curl. It seemed to automatically attempt to claim it during setup, but failed. I’ve also switched to preview build plexmediaserver_1.13.6.283-9e747cb50_amd64.deb
