Server Docker container crashes when using Android app

Server Version#: 1.22.1.4275 (Linux)
Player Version#: 8.15.1.23935 (Android)

Plex media server is running in docker container plexinc/pms-docker:latest and crashes when accessed by my phone Samsung Android 11. Sometimes media does not successfully populate in the app (presumably from the crash when starting to use the app) or it may show an empty library.

Docker logs look like the following and server logs are also attached below:
